As the Business Office Director, I actively promote employee appreciation by consistently taking time to recognize our hard-working team members. I enhance our work environment by organizing weekly recognition events and offering special treats, ensuring each team member feels valued and motivated. These regular gestures of acknowledgment and celebration foster a supportive and engaging atmosphere, making The Township an exceptional place to work.
