At The Township Senior Living Battlefield, MO we start our spring cleaning activities by
going through the closets, drawers, and all storage locations to separate items into keep, toss or donate. It’s nice to be able to open all the windows and start dusting and cleaning everything on my spring cleaning list.
Some other benefits of spring cleaning are that it’s good exercise and it keeps you physically active. It can also help you to focus and improve your mood. With all that exercise and activity, it might even help regulate your sleep schedule.
I could defiantly “spring clean” my health this year. I need to start exercising and eating healthier to help with my diabetes and overall health. My finances could be reviewed and “cleaned up” to make sure they are current with my situation.
